Scope
GetZed main does not directly sell credits, subscriptions, or product add-ons. Refund handling belongs to the product or payment surface that completed the transaction.
When to request help
Contact support if a payment was duplicated, a paid entitlement did not arrive, or a product clearly failed to provide the purchased access.
Useful details
Include the product name, account email, order time, payment provider receipt, and a short description of what happened.
